One of the local mushrooms of Thailand, this lentinus mushroom has a broad, fan-like shape with brown gills under the cap. Matured Lentinus mushrooms are hard and chewy, while young ones are soft and have a thin cap. Fun fact, each region in Thailand has different local names for lentinus mushrooms: the northeastern people call it 'hed bod' and  the northern people call it 'hed lom.' Net weight 150 g.
